  • What age groups do you offer classes for?

    We provide classes for children, teens, and adults, with programs specifically designed for each age group and skill level.
  • Do you offer a free trial or beginner class?

    Yes, we offer a two day beginner class that allows new students to try our program before making a commitment.
  • What types of martial arts do you teach?

    We teach a comprehensive system that blends Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, various martial arts weapons, along with practical self-defense techniques.
  • Do students need prior experience to start?

    Prior experience is not necessary. Our program welcomes beginners and is designed to help students develop at their own pace. If you do have previous martial arts background it should help with your learning experience.
  • What benefits will my child gain from martial arts?

    Students develop confidence, discipline, focus, physical fitness, and respect through our structured training approach.
  • Is martial arts safe for children?

    Yes. All classes are supervised and structured with safety as our highest priority, emphasizing proper technique and control.
  • How often should students attend classes?

    We suggest attending 2–3 classes per week for steady progress, though we provide flexible scheduling to accommodate busy families.
  • What should a person wear and bring to their first class?

    Comfortable pair of sweatpants, t-shirt, bare feet or socks works well for the first class. A uniform will be provided after enrollment. Also bring a bottle of water, but please no soda, juice or coffee in case it spills.
  • How long does it take to progress through belts?

    Advancement depends on attendance, effort, and skill development. Each student progresses at their own individual pace.
  • How do we get started?

    Simply claim your free beginner pass, schedule your first class, and visit us. We'll walk you through everything from there.
